Community Partners of Hope
Our mission is to provide shelter and assistance for men to move from homelessness to housing.
MEN’s SHELTER
In the Men's Shelter, we provide a man a shower, a meal, and a safe warm place to sleep for a night and try to help him move on to something better. Men may check in between 5:30 and 7:00pm and must leave at 6:30am. Anyone over 18 is welcome as long as there is space and he can cooperate with our simple rules which protect the health and safety of our guests and our staff.
Hope House
In addition to our homeless shelter, Community Partners of Hope operates Hope House, a transitional housing unit which offers the next level of assistance to a select group of men who show promise of once again becoming self-sufficient contributors to our community. - 203 Horner Street (at the corner of Horner and Chestnut Streets).
Freedom Bridge
Building Recovery Intervention Development Growth * Empowerment
Helping people cross over from systems that trap them to lives they own.
Freedom BRIDGE Resource Center is committed to connecting individuals affected by or at risk for opioid use disorder with the support they need to heal and thrive. Through accessible classes, compassionate counseling, prevention programs, and recovery services, we empower people to reclaim their lives and build stronger, healthier communities. And, because we know that they are also impacted by opioid use disorder, we will offer support for families and friends of our clients.
You don’t have to have a substance use issue to use the services at Freedom Bridge which also address homelessness, job training, and connections to many resources to help people gain control in their lives.
